I am a planner shopper. I always purchase things after checking it’s review on google because I dislike to waste my hard-earned money.
Well, today I would like to talk about a bad experience of shopping.

When I was pursuing my graduation that time I was at home and watching television, where I saw an advertisement, it was about a cellphone. I was immensely happy because the price of the product was affordable and its specifications were pretty good.
Also, I wanted to buy this cellphone with my pocket money and I was planning to give it to my mother on her birthday.

So, on the very next day I went to the store for the demonstration of the product and I was impressed by its key features so, I purchased that handset on the same day.

I was feeling delightful but my happiness were short-lived because when I unboxed that handset at home I found it was faulty. Actually it’s display was dim and touch response were also poor. Moreover, its sound quality was also not up to mark.

I was disappointed because:

I was failed to deliver that handset to my mother on her birthday.
However, on the very next day, I went to the store and complain about that faulty product. The salesman was polite. He checked the phone thoroughly and found it’s actually fault. He apologised and promised me to deliver a new handset in 7 business days.

And after 7 working days I got a new fully functional handset. I was extremely happy but I learnt a lesson that never to purchase any product in haste. So, it was a bad experience of shopping which eventually turns into good.
